- Review policies and ways of working, for LGBTQI+ inclusivity
This network group is currently exclusive to LGBTQI+ colleagues.
Staff Council
The Staff Council is a consultative body, consisting of employee representatives from across the organisation. They play a crucial role in promoting the values of the organisation. Encouraging team work, open communication and a positive and productive relationship between employees, managers, SMG, Exec and the Board.
The Staff Council seeks to provide a dynamic and effective forum for consultation with staff about issues affecting their work and their employment, to gather news and opinions with regard to new initiatives or business decisions and to listen to the concerns of staff.
