I joined Origin in August 2022 and I lead the Talent and Recruitment team here.  I work closely with our lovely managers to provide advice and support on their recruitment needs. I have the advantage of working in the public, private and third sector on a small and large scale recruitment campaigns at all levels including running assessment centres and producing recruitment documentation and advertising campaigns.

I love being creative and problem solving really challenging recruitment issues. I'm keen to learn and develop so I am MCIPD Qualified with a Masters in Human Resources achieved with a Commendation and I am also qualified in MBTI and Hogan Psychometrics. I have also gained my Advanced Project Management qualifications with the Association of Project Managers.

Outside of work I enjoy all things creative whether it's decorating the house or baking cakes and I have a keen interest in website development and social media.
